“Local Interference” was an installation on the dysfunction of a business used as a restaurant and the destruction of the space. For this aim, the entire space was restrained by wrapping it with thick parcel tapes like a mummy: Visual connection to the outside with tapes on the windows was prevented. The mirror, inside of the place, could no longer reflect anything because of the tapes on it. Salt shakers, forks, knives and even some chairs were sticked to the table with tapes. This place, used as a restaurant, has been transformed into an imaginary place instead of its function and form. The intervention performed could be carried out as far as the permission of the enterprise.
